A lunch with a sailor.

I had a really bad night due to my work - too many things need to be done before our business trip next week! If Marcin didn't help yesterday.... I don't know what would I do. He's amazing. My female friends who know my fiancé like to joke that he's like a prince from the fairy tales we all used to read when we were little girls... Thank god Marcin is for real!

After work I had a lunch with Monika - we haven't seen each other for a while - I'm busy with work and writing articles and she's currently busy with summer exam session. We decided to find another place for our meetings and after a while of search we found "T-Bar" which was stylised to retro style - it looked so cool! And the menu? I haven't been in any other place where they offer so many various types of tea - black, red, green, white, flaboured, hot and iced. They even had dishes and snacks written below which go well with a certain kind of tea. Amazing. I'm sure we'll return there and bring friends and recommend that bar.

After some shopping in a drugstore and buying some necessary and unnecessary (!) things we split up and I went home. I gave my mom a gift for Mother's Day - it's tommorrow and I caught my parents just when they were leaving home for a weekend. I sat down and made another make-up. Today's theme is: a sailor style.

Years after years.

Meet Karolina - we haven't seen each other for a few years, she was busy abroad, we had different lifes and social circles. But recently she's rented a room in a flat in my neighbourhood and we met up for a walk in Skaryszewski park. She's still the same - very tall and pretty! Marta was talking the picture so she is missing in the photos but the three of us had a good time during this evening walk.

I came back home earlier today so I had time to play with my eyeshadows again.

The set of photos above are in quite low quality - it's so hard to focus the camera exactly on my eye!

I'm still far from perfection but I hope to constantly develop my skills through such "games".

The picture above was taken at my acquiatance's birthday party. He turned 30, moved to a new flat with his wife and 7 month daughter. Since I'm about to organise my own flat I always crave to see other people's apartaments to pick up some new ideas. Their flat was totally my cup of tea - simple, modern and minimalistic.

I've recently bought some beauty products from Avon.
A Piny Peach lipstick is my favourite! It let me to heart-off another point from my 101 things to do.
Today I decided to try Garnier BB Cream because it was on sale and I heard many positive opinions about it. I'm currently wearing it and I must say it's a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Feels like I have nothing on my face but the cream makes my skin looks soft, natural and truly improve my complexion. If you're anything like me and don't like or/and need to apply foundation on a daily basis, the bb creams are something for you.

Happy thoughts will make you fly like Peter Pan.

Our holidays were a totally success! We had a beautiful weather every single day.

We did many various things - from horse riding, bicycling, canoeing, through visiting such places like Wolf's Lair, Mrągowo, Mikołajki, to wildlife park and miniature village. I don't remember when I was so active during holiday time!
